• Candidates: Up to 3 years after last meaningful contact
• Clients: Up to 6 years after end of last contract
• Invoices: 7 years (legal retention)
• Website data: As per our Cookie Policy

We will contact you before deleting or renewing records.

Data security

We implement technical and organizational measures to secure your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Access is limited to trained personnel under confidentiality obligations.
