Who we are

Linkrs VOF (company number 1006.199.905), Mercatorstraat 132, 2018 Antwerp, Belgium ("Linkrs", "we") is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Contact person for data protection matters: Younous Aza, info@linkrs.be.

What we collect and why

Application data — name, email, phone, CV and motivation — when you apply for a role or submit an open CV. We process this to represent you in recruitment procedures, on the legal basis of pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in operating a recruitment service.

Client inquiry data — name, company, contact details and your message — when you contact us about a hiring need. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest.

Technical data strictly necessary to serve the site. We do not run advertising trackers.

Where your data goes

Candidate data is stored in Loxo, our recruitment system (ATS). Form submissions may also be stored in our own database (hosted by Supabase, EU region) and generate an email notification to the partners (sent via Resend). The website is hosted by Vercel. Each provider processes data under a data processing agreement.

Your profile is never shared with a client — by name or anonymized — without your explicit prior consent. That is both a GDPR obligation and the core of how we work.

How long we keep it

Application data is retained for the duration of the recruitment relationship and reviewed periodically. If there is no activity, we delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion at any time and we will act on it without undue delay.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact info@linkrs.be to exercise any of these. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
