We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic initiatives within a leading organization in the insurance and financial services sector.


Key Responsibilities


Project Leadership

  • Manage projects on a day-to-day basis from initiation through implementation.
  • Define project scope, phases, timelines, and delivery approach.
  • Develop and maintain the required business case to support project objectives.


Business Requirements & Solution Design

  • Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to define customer journeys and business processes.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable initiatives and high-level requirements.
  • Ensure end-to-end implementation while considering the impact on customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.


Initiative Delivery & Coordination

  • Identify the teams and resources required to successfully deliver project objectives.
  • Coordinate activities, monitor progress, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Anticipate risks and challenges, proactively remove roadblocks, and escalate issues when necessary to support decision-making.


Stakeholder Management

  • Ensure transparent communication and engagement across all stakeholder groups.
  • Foster a solution-oriented mindset and encourage effective collaboration.
  • Promote ownership, accountability, and problem-solving within business teams.
  • Conduct project evaluations and capture lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and sharing of best practices across the organization.


Profile


Must-Have

  • Strong knowledge of the Employee Benefits domain, including insurance products, operations, commercial aspects, and regulatory considerations.
  • Proven experience managing projects, preferably in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure and manage complex initiatives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Languages

  • Fluent in Dutch.
  • Good command of French and English.
