How is Embedded priced?

A fixed monthly fee for defined capacity, agreed for the duration of the engagement. At volume, the blended cost per hire lands well below per-placement fees — and you can budget it precisely.

Whose systems and brand does the recruiter use?

Yours, by default: your ATS, your templates, your employer brand in every candidate conversation. Where you have no tooling, we bring ours. Candidates experience your company, not an agency.

What happens to candidates in the pipeline when the engagement ends?

They are yours. Pipeline, notes and market intelligence are handed over in full at the end of the period. There are no per-head fees on hires you make from that pipeline afterwards.

Is this the same as RPO?

It is a boutique version of it. Classic RPO industrializes volume hiring; Embedded gives you a small, senior, specialist capability for the disciplines we know — with the two partners actively involved rather than a delivery center.
