What it covers

Mid-level to senior specialist roles across our ten disciplines: from underwriters, claims professionals, compliance officers and actuaries to project managers, business analysts and data engineers. Permanent contracts, in Belgium or the Netherlands.

You brief us, we search. The fee is due only when a candidate we introduced starts — and every placement carries a guarantee period. If it doesn't work out within that period, we search again at no additional fee.

How a search runs

    Intake with the hiring manager

    Not just a job description. We want the manager's view: what this person actually needs to be good at, what the team looks like, why the last person left or why the seat is new.

    Network before advertising

    We search our own network and map adjacent teams at other insurers, brokers and financial institutions first. Most placements never touch a job board.

  3. 03

    A shortlist worth your calendar

    Three to five candidates we would hire ourselves — each screened on skills, motivation and fit, each briefed properly on your role. No CV volume games.

  4. 04

    Interviews to offer

    We coordinate interviews, run references, and guide the offer — including counter-offer risk, which in this market is real and predictable.

  5. 05

    Through the guarantee period

    We stay close to both sides during onboarding. The placement is done when it sticks, not when the invoice is sent.

What does no-cure-no-pay cost if the search fails?

Nothing. The fee is due only when a candidate we introduced signs and starts. That is the point of the model: the risk of a difficult search sits with us, not with you.

How does the guarantee period work?

Every placement carries a guarantee period agreed up front. If the placement ends within it — from either side — we restart the search at no additional fee. Exact terms are confirmed in the engagement letter before we begin.

Can several agencies work the same role?

They can, but we will be honest: in a small specialist market, multiple agencies calling the same candidates damages your employer brand more than it speeds things up. We consistently see better results from one committed search than three racing ones.

How fast will we see candidates?

For most specialist roles you see a first shortlist within one to two weeks, because we start from a network we already maintain rather than from a blank advertisement. Genuinely scarce profiles take longer — and we will say so at intake, not after six weeks.
