Linkrs was founded in Antwerp by two partners with a simple conviction: in a specialist market, the person who pitches the search should run the search. We recruit for financial services and insurance. Nothing else.

Why boutique

Most recruitment happens at scale: many consultants, many desks, many markets, and a rotation of contacts who learn your business from a CRM record. We built the opposite. Two partners who take every brief personally, a deliberately narrow niche, and a network of specialist recruiters who each own one discipline within financial services and insurance.

The economics of that choice are honest: we handle fewer searches than a volume agency, and each one gets senior attention from intake to guarantee period. In a market where the total pool of, say, experienced non-life actuaries or credit & surety underwriters is measured in hundreds, depth beats reach — because we already know most of the people who matter, and they know us.

The second conviction is the corridor. Belgian and Dutch financial services are deeply connected, yet most agencies treat the border as the edge of the market. We work it as one talent pool — in Dutch, Flemish, French or English, whichever the conversation needs.

Linkrs was founded in 2024 on eighteen years of combined specialist recruitment experience. The partner who takes your brief runs your search — that is the model, and there are exactly two of us.

Discretion, structurally

No CV leaves us without explicit consent. Confidential mandates are handled by partners only. In a market where everyone knows everyone, we are careful on purpose.

Honesty over optimism

If a brief is unfillable at the offered package, we say so at intake. If a candidate's best move is staying put, they hear it. Short-term uncomfortable, long-term why people come back.

Skin in the game

No-cure-no-pay where the market is deep, retained where it matters, a guarantee period on every placement. Our model only works when the placement works.
