For employers

Hire insurance & financial services professionals who are not on the market

The people you want are employed, discreet, and sceptical of recruiters. They talk to us because we know their discipline, their market and their salary reality — in Belgium and the Netherlands. Here is what working with Linkrs looks like.

A realistic read before anything else

Before you commit to anything, you get our honest view: how deep the market is for this role, what it pays, and how long it will take. If the brief needs adjusting to be fillable, you hear it in the first conversation.

Shortlists, not CV volume

Three to five people we would hire ourselves, each already briefed on your role and genuinely open to it. Your hiring managers spend their time interviewing, not filtering.

Skin in the game, both models

No-cure-no-pay where the market allows it; retained and exclusive where the role demands it. Every placement carries a guarantee period. Risk sits where it should.

What employers ask us first

What does a search cost?

It depends on the model. Linkrs Search is no-cure-no-pay: a success fee, due only when a candidate we introduced starts. Linkrs Mandate is retained, invoiced in milestones. Linkrs Embedded is a fixed monthly fee for dedicated capacity. Exact numbers are agreed in the engagement letter before we begin — no surprises, no games.

How fast will we see candidates?

For most specialist roles, a first shortlist lands within one to two weeks, because we start from a network we already maintain. Executive and confidential mandates take four to six weeks to a mapped shortlist. If your role is genuinely scarce, you hear that at intake — with a realistic timeline, not an optimistic one.

What happens if the hire leaves during the guarantee period?

We restart the search at no additional fee. Every placement carries a guarantee period agreed up front; on retained mandates there is a replacement guarantee. Our model only works when the placement works.

Do you work with HR or directly with the hiring manager?

Both — but we insist on speaking with the hiring manager at intake. The brief that fills roles lives in the manager's head, not in the vacancy text. HR keeps full visibility and owns the process on your side.

Can you run a search without our company name being visible?

Yes. Confidential search is a core part of our retained work: anonymized employer branding, partner-only approaches, and staged disclosure once mutual interest is real. Use the confidential contact path and only the two partners will ever see your message.
