About the Role


Are you passionate about the insurance industry and motivated by helping clients find the right coverage?


We are looking for a BOAR Insurance Administrator to manage insurance portfolios from start to finish while providing expert advice and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance providers.


In this role, you will work independently while being part of a supportive and experienced team, ensuring clients receive high-quality service throughout the entire insurance process.


Key Responsibilities


• Manage BOAR (Non-Life) insurance files from A to Z.

• Assess clients' insurance needs and identify the most suitable market solutions.

• Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations and insurance policies.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and insurance companies.

• Ensure accurate administrative processing and digital file management.

• Proactively monitor client files and provide ongoing advice throughout the policy lifecycle.


Qualifications & Skills Must-have


• Experience managing BOAR (Non-Life) insurance policies.

• Professional proficiency in both Dutch and French.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.


Nice-to-have


• Experience with insurance management software such as Brio.

• Familiarity with insurers' online platforms.
