To support its ongoing transformation journey, they are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join their team.

2. Job Description

As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in driving the development and continuous improvement of digital products and business solutions. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, you will ensure that customer needs, business objectives, and technical requirements are translated into valuable product increments.

You will work within an Agile environment and be responsible for defining the product vision, managing priorities, and maximizing the value delivered by the development team.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and strategic objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and other departments to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

4. Profile & Competencies

Must-Have

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and/or English.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience within the insurance, financial services, or regulated sectors.
• Knowledge of digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
• Product management certification (PSPO, CSPO, or equivalent).
