Our partner is looking for a Life Insurance Business Analyst to join the Business Change & Monitoring team. You will play a key role in strategic projects, including portfolio migration and commercial developments, ensuring seamless alignment between business needs and IT solutions.
Your Role
As a Business Analyst, you will analyze, test, and monitor life insurance processes to support migration and development projects. Working alongside actuaries, analysts, and testers, you’ll ensure product migrations run smoothly, requirements are clearly defined, and processes remain aligned with business and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Assess product and process differences between source and target systems in the context of life insurance migration.
- Prepare and execute process and calculation tests.
- Act as an intermediary between business and IT teams.
- Define and formalize requirements according to established quality standards.
- Identify migration impacts on business processes.
- Provide clear reporting on project progress and deliverables.
Must Have
- Strong knowledge of individual life insurance products and processes, including “Classique” products.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in life insurance migrations.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the life insurance sector.
- Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting life insurance products.
- Client- and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences (actuaries, IT, management).
- Strong analytical, structured, and pragmatic approach.
