Your Role
As a Digital Insurance Consultant, you'll be part of a motivated, fast-growing team working on innovative solutions in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and managing project files, test procedures, and drafting clear reports.
- Ensuring internal documentation meets required standards.
- Maintaining close contact with clients and key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Leading and coaching a team, while contributing to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a driven professional who is:
- A strong team player with a proactive mindset and sense of ownership.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
- Experienced: at least 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector.
- Analytical and conceptual thinker, capable of solving complex challenges.
