Business Analyst
Your Role
As a Business Analyst, you act as the key link between business teams and IT solutions.
Your mission is to understand needs, optimize processes, and ensure efficient use of the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, IT) to understand their needs and challenges
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into concrete ERP solutions
- Contribute to configuration, improvements, and support of the ERP system
- Perform gap analyses between current processes and system capabilities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Support end users through workshops, training, and testing (UAT)
- Contribute to change management and user adoption
- Participate in reporting and dashboard creation (e.g. Power BI)
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP systems)
- Strong understanding of ERP processes (sales, purchasing, inventory, supply chain)
- Skilled in requirements gathering and documentation
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and IT
- Strong communication skills with various stakeholders
- Languages: Dutch (native), French (B2), English (C2)
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience with warehouse or logistics systems
- Experience in ERP implementations or migrations
- Basic knowledge of APIs or system integrations
- Familiarity with business analysis frameworks (e.g. BABOK)
