Your Role
As a Risk Analyst, you’ll help shape a future-ready risk strategy by assessing, modelling, and mitigating potential threats. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to embed a risk-aware culture and ensure regulatory alignment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive risk assessments and scenario analysis
- Support the development and execution of risk frameworks and policies
- Use analytical tools to model risks and deliver actionable insights
- Collaborate with teams to build risk awareness into business processes
- Assist in risk reporting and ensure regulatory compliance
Must Have
- Master’s degree in Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in risk management, consulting, or insurance
- Strong skills in R, Python, SAS, VBA, or similar analytical tools
- Vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands of Frans
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic insights
Nice to have
- Experience with both operational and strategic risk frameworks
- Familiarity with regulatory environments in financial services
- Knowledge of Solvency II or other relevant regulatory frameworks
- Experience working in Agile environments or consulting settings
