Your Role
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading transformation initiatives within the insurance sector. You will work closely with top-tier insurers, helping them optimize their operating models, enhance processes, and align business and technology strategies for sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee transformation projects as a Project Manager
- Manage client relationships and provide mentorship to junior consultants
- Translate strategy into an efficient and future-proof operating model
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and automation
- Align business and technology architecture to support strategic goals
- Manage multiple stakeholders across various functional domains
Must Have
- 5+ years of relevant experience (or 7+ years for a Senior Manager role) as a consultant, business analyst, or project manager in the insurance sector
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Proactive, results-oriented, and an excellent communicator
- Flexible, eager to learn, and passionate about insurance transformation
Nice to have
- Experience in C-level communication
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Strong analytical skills
