Your role
As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients within the financial sector in achieving their strategic goals. You will oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ranging from strategic initiatives to IT migrations, ensuring they align with overarching business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects to achieve strategic goals
- Provide strategic and tactical advice to senior management, challenging and supporting decision-making
- Ensure coherence between different projects and monitor realistic and achievable objectives
- Manage project budgets and report progress to clients and stakeholders

Must Have
- Proven experience in program or project management within the financial sector (pensions or insurance)
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Ability to handle complex projects and align multiple initiatives
- A hands-on, results-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail
Nice to have
- Experience with IT migrations and digital transformation projects
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to guide project teams
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and political landscapes
