Your role
As Product Manager, you’ll turn customer needs into tailored insurance solutions. You’ll manage the full product lifecycle, from design and compliance to pricing, marketing, and sales support, balancing both technical and commercial aspects.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer needs into product concepts and strategies
- Lead coordination across Compliance, Risk, Marketing, Training, and Sales
- Turning technical information into clear commercial messages
- Target offerings to specific customer segments and analyze performance
- Monitor competitors, innovations, and market trends
Must Have
- Master’s degree (Economics, Business, Marketing, or similar), with relevant experience
- Solid knowledge of banking and insurance products
- Strong communicator with a creative, open and results-oriented mindset
- Analytical and strategic thinker
Nice to have
- Bilingual: French & Dutch
- Experience in developing value propositions and strategic product marketing
