Your role
As a Product Manager, you’ll drive product strategy and ensure successful roll-outs of banking solutions. Working closely with global teams, local sales, and operations, you’ll improve customer journeys and tailor global offerings to local needs.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key contact between local and global teams
- Lead local deployment of new banking products and solutions
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes
- Promote cross-functional and cross-border collaboration
- Identify opportunities to innovate and localize global products
Must Have
- Solid experience in project or product management
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Skilled at navigating complex environments and building alignment
- Collaborative, curious, and eager to grow
Nice to have
- Experience in the financial services or banking sector
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Comfortable working in an international, matrixed organization
- Proficiency in multiple languages (Dutch, French, English)
