Our partner, a leading financial institution, is looking for a MiFID Compliance Advisor to turn complex financial legislation into clear, actionable strategies.
Your Role
As a Compliance Advisor, you will independently monitor MiFID-related legislation and translate this complex legal framework into practical and actionable compliance policies. You will play a key role in ensuring that processes across the bank are aligned with MiFID standards.
Responsibilities
- Interpret MiFID legislation and develop clear, actionable compliance policies
- Maintain and oversee a robust MiFID compliance framework
- Design and implement internal controls and conduct regular audits
- Collaborate on the development of systems aligned with regulatory standards

Train first-line teams and provide day-to-day compliance support
Must Have
- A Master’s degree (preferably in Law) with strong legal affinity.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a second-line MiFID related role.
- Strong analytical and pragmatic thinking

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Dutch fluency
Nice to have
- Experience in C-level communication & advisory

Exposure to business change or transformation environments
- Ability to anticipate and respond to evolving regulatory requirements
- Ability to anticipate and respond to evolving regulatory requirements
- French is a plus, but not essential
