Your role
As a Functional Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring that system solutions align with business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders, translate business needs into clear functionalities, and support the entire application lifecycle from design to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Define, analyze, and document requirements for system solutions.
- Support implementation at every stage
- Act as a bridge between IT domains
- Prepare test scenarios and guide key users
Must Have
- Proven experience in IT and the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical matters in a clear and structured way.
- Fluent in English and Dutch/French.
- Ability to document requirements accurately for technical and business teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in Life, Non-Life, or Employee Benefits insurance.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital transformation projects.
- Background in business process optimization.
- Understanding of data-driven decision-making in insurance.
- Experience with requirements modeling tools.
