Our client, a fast-growing consultancy firm, is looking for a Business Manager – Projects to further develop the Projects service line and strengthen the team.
Your Role
As a Business Manager – Projects, you play a key role in the further development of the Projects service line. You engage with leading insurers, secure challenging assignments, and ensure that the right consultant is matched with the right opportunity. In addition to commercial responsibilities, you also contribute to recruitment, coach consultants in their professional growth, and participate in internal initiatives that improve the organization further.
Responsibilities

Identify and secure challenging projects with existing clients and new prospects.

Match the right consultant to the right assignment.

Actively contribute to recruitment and attract new talent.

Coach consultants, guide their growth, and stimulate knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate on internal initiatives such as organizing training, improving training programs, and supporting events.
Must Have
-
Master’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant work experience, including several years in the insurance sector.

Strong commercial drive: able to build and expand relationships.

Project experience: process insight, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
Nice to have
-
Experience in recruitment and/or placing project consultants.

Strong coaching and people management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
