Are you ready to make an impact and contribute to major transformation projects in the insurance industry? Our partner, a specialized consultancy firm, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team and support some of Belgium’s top insurers.
Your role
As a Business Analyst, you will be at the heart of transformation programs, acting as the bridge between strategy and execution. You’ll work with diverse teams to translate business needs into future-proof operating models and efficient processes, aligning people, technology, and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Support and deliver transformation programs across business and IT
- Translate strategic goals into operational models and solutions
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
- Optimize business processes, including automation opportunities
Must Have
- Experience in the insurance sector (Life, Non-Life, or Employee Benefits)
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch or French
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
Nice to have
- Experience with digital transformation or automation tools
- Familiarity with BPMN, UML, or other business analysis frameworks
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
- Previous consultancy experience in a client-facing role
