Your Role
Als Senior Consultant - Transformation speel je een sleutelrol in het aanjagen van succesvolle transformatie-initiatieven binnen de verzekerings- en pensioensector. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, analyseert uitdagingen, ontwikkelt oplossingen en implementeert strategieën die de efficiëntie en operationele prestaties verbeteren.
Responsibilities

Lead and complete transformation projects within a team environment
- Analyze client challenges, propose tailored solutions, and execute recommendations
- Collaborate with clients to translate strategies into actionable plans
- Enhance efficiency by analyzing, streamlining, and automating business processes

Effectively communicate and engage with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
Must Have
- Relevant experience in business transformation within the insurance or pension sector
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop strategic solutions

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to navigate complex environments and drive change effectively
Nice to have
- Experience in digital transformation and process automation
- A track record of successfully managing multiple transformation projects

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor junior team members
